Moss Living Interiors’ design instructions were to furnish this townhouse’s eight apartments throughout so that they could be ready for immediate occupation by guests and new tenants. The brief was to create a contemporary interior in keeping with the property’s classical heritage that would appeal to a broad audience.  

Working in partnership with the building contractors, architect and estate agents, Moss Living Interiors consulted on the designs, sourced all furnishings and fixtures and managed these all the way from procurement to installation. This has resulted in a beautifully finished property meeting the landlord's objectives to maximise rental yield by boosting the occupancy rate and the retention of tenants.
